No. I've seen the surveys and the issue of Obamacare is not even in the top ten for factors affecting hiring and investment decisions. But, once you get to Obamacare as a concern, then it's 75% who think it makes them less likely. The point is, as a weighted concern, it's not on the radar.

If sales are not being declined or lost (and that would be an opportunity for investment and expansion) then why hire? You've got your cart before your horse.

It all revolves around sales and projected sales, mate. If you've got those everything else pretty much takes care of itself, albeit with much wailing and gnashing of teeth at times. All this assumes your competition is on the same playing field, of course.
