Well like a good salesman (or a trader selling his "strategy system"), I don't show you my failed experiments but only talk about "successes". So lemme tell you about an epic fail yesterday.

So I reckoned, the main ingredient in Bolognese it's minced meat of pork and beef, main ingredient in Ćevapi it's minced meat of pork and beef, why not use Ćevapi-ready meat:

So I threw everything at the garbage in a tight sealed plastic bag, making sure not even starving dogs don't get poisoned by this stuff (contains tomatoes, which is a toxin to dogs).
Went back to the supermaket and bought a regular package of just minced pork and beef meat. Put them on fry in sunflower oil first till they were nicely roasted.
Added finely chopped onions and a crushed bulb of garlic to the frying pan, mushrooms and a dust of pepper and sniff of salt, roasted them a bit more till onion melted and mushrooms got imbued then threw 500 grams of tomato juice (about 18% fruit content) and boiled till it reached 24% fruit content.
End result looks about the same but tastes about 10,000x better. And as a mathematician I know what I'm talking, I don't foolishly say the ratio between infinity and zero is 10,000x. The "micineze" (Romanian) / Cevapese I made was not just zero, it had negative gastronomic value, albeit still close to zero. Hence the absolute difference in Sharpe was about 10,000x

FYI Only the leaves of tomato plants and green tomatoes are toxic to dogs. Dogs can eat tomatoes in moderation without problems. I had to look that up because sometimes I'll give my dogs meat that had been cooked with tomatos.
See now...Your thingy may have tasted better, but it looks 10,000x worse. That looks like a bunch of maggots in a bowl, writhing around as a stew!
How about some simple pirogi or latkes? Sheesh!
