When does the fetus claim Life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness? According to Roe it does at the point of viability.
Now without Roe there will be no limit in some locations
In the end Roe is all about location
The fucking R v. W law blah said you can terminate up to second trimester or some shit like that.
It is not the foetus that claims it, it is the woman carrying it. SHE is the one who claims the liberty of her own life. Why the fuck is everyone in the world claiming that a zygote has rights?

The polls taken since the ruling are all showing Democrats in U.S. House races being boosted significantly. The Supreme Court ruling really is not working out well for Republicans for the 2022 election -- at this point.
Sorry but the timing of this works against the Dems.
It would be a great gift to them right before the elections but they will be back on the economy very soon after their little rage-aholic thing.
The timing favors the republicans because the voters will be back on the economy and the dems are not going to take the house- possibly the senate as well- so all their various remedies and bloviating about how they will pass a fed abortion law are headed nowhere. The dems who live in large population dem states already have abortion available and their dem legislatures are not going to take that away so they takes a lot of the steam out of their shorts. Maybe they care about the next state over more than the price of gas. OR NOT.
The dems lived rent-free for decades by arguing that if Roe went down that that meant that abortion would be illegal everywhere. That kept all the lefties in solidly lefty states on edge thinking that it would take them down too. Now that everyone understands or will see soon that that was all scare tactic scam they see that they can think about economic and school issues rather than banging on that abortion drum year after year.
The abortion issue is also likely to cause many dems support really rabid single issue candidates who could care less about working class-mainstream america- energy issues. Those loons make great candidates for republicans to run against this time around.

It's a spoof isnt it. The amendment is sponsored by Mary Lou Marzian who I don't think is even in the legislature there anymore.
She is the one who a couple years ago wanted legislation requiring men to get permission slips from their wives before buying Viagra.
I dunno. I am not up on kentucky politics but put me down as "not-gullible" for now.
