Background:
Built a scalping algo for US equity options, written in Python and compiled to C, executes through Robinhood API. Algo is fully automated.

Will be trading mostly AMZN, maybe GME.
Staring bal: $2,695
Start date: 2/1/2021

Will be posting results at the end of every week and broker statements at the end of the month. Live trades, none of that paper shit.

I’ve seen this or similar algo on Reddit and people criticized it for trying to sell a program that can’t work, mainly due to needing to place so many orders that it would be qualified as professional trading that is prohibited by Robinhood. It can’t be profitable once you pay commissions. Which by itself shows how little profit it would make anyway even with free commissions.
