Correct, and even Hillary asked why Obama took no action against foreign actors interfering in the election if he knew about them. Obama stated - basically- that he did not want to rock the boat because he thought Hillary was still on track to win. Then when she lost, Obama had a sudden need to expel a pantload of russian diplomats, upon the same set of facts that were well known long before.
Mueller has not identified any Trump related actors.
Half a dozen other countries, eg Mexico, China, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UK, Germany et al, all did far more to try to prevent Trump's election than a few Russian bots did to help it.
We now know for certain that the Obama administration and senior figures in the CIA, FBI and DOJ were conspiring with British intelligence, eg MI5, and one of its ex-operatives to manufacture dirt on Trump. It is pretty clear they also engaged in surveillance of Trump or his associates. The CIA and FBI used a longtime asset, dirtbag UK professor Stefan Halper, to try to entrap a Trump campaign associate.
To date, nothing has happened to any of these people and our Deep State means to keep it that way. Christopher Steele, the Brit spy who produced the bogus dossier, has refused to cooperate and Teresa May's government is fine with that. In fact, they may well have instructed him to stonewall, given what might come out.
At the minimum AG Barr should convene a grand jury and the principals, eg Comey, Brennan, Steele, Halper and numerous others should be forced to testify. They tried to sabotage a presidential election, and we should treat that as act of terrorism. If the UK aren't prepared to give full cooperation, we need to reexamine the whole "special relationship" because it obviously isn't so special anymore.
