excellent. 3 months has to be the absolute limit. I would rather it was 6 weeks, but I can live with the 3 months rule. It certainly isn't a right granted by The Constitution but the states are free to make their laws and I could see a Federal law perhaps being constitutional. Reminder---Roe V Wade was not law, it was activist action by The Court.

If one is for abortion there is no logic to create an arbitrary line based so many weeks. You have to be for abortion on demand through 9 months.
Its the anti-abortion people that need to debate over drawing lines

False.I support abortion until the child can live outside the mother or 3 month limit.I only support it after that if the life of the mother is in danger or the child will be born with significant defects.


Polls show the majority of the the country agree with a time limit except for the life of the mother.
