Indeed.Obama didnt promise nearly as much progressive shit as Biden did.
Well, Biden did deliver 'one of the most significant pieces of legislation for the working class in this country, in the modern history of America,'
Indeed.Obama didnt promise nearly as much progressive shit as Biden did.
And yet, ", one of the most significant pieces of legislation for the working class in this country, in the modern history of America"
No response to that? You said Biden did nothing while Bernie says that.
But if Whitmer is more progressive than Biden based on that issue, then Biden is more progressive than Obama on the same issue - and progs voted for Obama twice. How can progs not vote for someone who is more progressive than Obama?
I am talking about the bill, the bill which Bernie says is 'one of the most significant pieces of legislation for the working class in this country, in the modern history of America,'
You say Biden didn't do anything while Sanders says the bill is one of the most significant ever.
Given that Sanders is a honest person, either you are lying or ignorant.
What were Sanders statements on 2 or 3 rounds of Trump COVID relief?
It's simply not enough. Nobody would've given a shit after a Romney-like presidency. Trump regressed the country enough for people to demand a correction. Obama 2.0 is not a correction.
Millions of people get 600 a month insurance premiums paid/or medicaid and a lot more when they get a serious illness, for years. How much are people getting from the biden bill you are referring to?
Do you think healthcare reform bills get passed every administration or what?
Trump regressed the country with his Supreme Court appointments which happened because progressives sat out another election in 2016, there is no correction for that. Everything else can be done with legislation and executive orders.
The court can also be fixed through legislation. Do I have hopes for that? no. Why would I pin my hopes on Manchin-tier dems reversing any other decision by Trump? Do pray tell how you correct with an executive order the 2017 tax cuts and the time value of money hit incurred from the lack of that revenue. The unnecessary spending and lives lost from dropping the ball on COVID? The amount of outright fraud from COVID relief?
