RML comission is as follows,

Per Trade unlimited shares with no software rebate (Preferred Plan)
Trades / month*
Commission / trade**
QuoteTracker, AxisPro, OmniPro, Esignal, Meridian
2001+ trades $2.45 Yes! I would like to open an account at this commission rate
1001-2000 $2.95 Yes! I would like to open an account at this commission rate
0-1000 $3.45 Yes! I would like to open an account at this commission rate

If I choose above plan, the ECN Fees is still necessary?
 
Are you asking whether the commissions include ecn fees? If so, you get charged for removing liquidity, and rebated for adding liquidity.

Im with rml rite now, I dont remember seeing that low rate of 3.45, 0-1000 shares before on their site. wonder if its something new?

3.45- 0.002X5000= - 6.55
3.45+0.003X5000=18.45
- 6.55+18.45=11.9

right?
 
If so, ECN fee is expensive, I should use level1 broker!
ECN Fee:
$.002 rebate for adding liquidity
$.003 charge for taking away liquidity
