take a look at NDAQ and UNM , both reported today , but vols are still inflated ( because stocks are tanking). IV should go back to norms in next few days.
 
Well when you halt trading it makes it tough lol. It bounced off the low of $350 to current $370 or so. I will just close out the long call tomorrow unless it shows signs of life. The earnings were still pretty impressive, just not 1000% as the market hoped lol.
 
I flattened some of my deltas before close but was still net long so go bitten there. Another day in the life of GOOG. Will be upgraded by end of the week and hit 600 by next Friday no doubt LOL. Good news is that vols should be up.

Yeah even though the drop was huge, the vols should be up and I guarantee the $500 and $600 price targets will simply be lowered to $450 or so which still gives a push to the stock. Earnings were not negative or down, they were just less than forecasted due to some charges. I think the new trailing PE is in the 70s which is less than the 90-something it carried prior to earnings.

I am not saying it is a buy, but wow what an over reatctive sell off. Watch the new price targets come out from the investment banks lol.
