Risk, Option, Span, Account Software ?

hi,

love this site. finally after 3 years of loosing :( and breaking even i have finally become profitable:D . i am treating this now as a business and look for the following software :

RISK software: incl Var, sharpe, correlation, max draw down, stress and szenario and back testing.

OPTION softare for stocks and futures ( not optionvue, too expensive )

SPAN margin software

ACCOUNTING software ( winning/ loosing trades, open trades etc etc... equity balance charting...)

i use IB and look for software thats compatible and i dont need to manually import trades.

obviously i dont want to spend 10000 of $. if anybody has any good suggestions or has good experience with a software, your ideas and advice would be greatly appriciated.

You can do everything you mentioned with Excel, besides SPAN margin. This one, you must buy from CME ($500 if I remember correctly).
IB has a DDE API to excel.

I don't know if you can integrate SPAN with Excel.
