the larger project is pretty cool - is maps everything a person has ever written on the internet to their ip address, then does a deep psychological analysis of it all

combining the gps mapping with the psychological profile, there's a pilot program of 'psycholoigical suggestability' - basicly putting 'strangers' into a subjects life, at the grocery store, in line, traffic etc, looking at the subject with facial expressions small talk etc - a combination of seemingly random events, that arent

all part of mood control - the best control is control where the subject doesnt know he is being controlled

ADD kicking in? You have to be nominated by a member and then you are evaluated. You can't just join. You can apply. Just like you can apply to any Ivy League or you can apply to your local Freemason chapter.

There are degrees of membership, the first level is easier attained, the next is exclusive. A.Russo was offered membership by Nick Rockefeller, he would have been shoed in past the initial level.
Either way, I doubt you could even get a reccomendation, let alone get into CFR.
