you presented evidence about some counties with lower educated people swinging towards trump. We already knew trump won because he got some of hillary's democrats in the correct places to win the electoral college by a large margin.

That does not mean that democrats do not overwhelm republicans when it comes to high school or lower education.

And that proves what? What's with the selective quoting. Where is the quote about those who didn't pass high school?

if you did did not finish high school or you finished your education in high school the odds are you are a democrat not a republican. 47 percent to 37 percent.

According to your data below... the dems still lead by 10 points. (Just as I told you.)

The lean dem vs lean republican is 55 dem vs 45 republican. so there was essentially no change in that net number.

If you read the pew poll I gave you it said. That most hispanics register as independent but they heavily lean democrat.

I was incorrectly only reading the top of the columns and thought one was for Republican and one was for lean republican.

Now I will have to investigate because I seriously doubt we saw a massive swing in 2 years.

I just did the research.

I am pretty sure exgoper's chart is not showing what he seems to say it was showing.

34 percent of republicans are h.s or less
35 have some college
31 have more than that.
that adds up to 100 percent of republicans level of education.

that is not a percentage of the population which leans republican or democrat who have high school or less education.
it is the percent of republicans who have that level of education.


So it seems exgoper was wrong about what the table was showing.
