I was listening and live translating (thanks Google). They're still working on the text. This is nothing. Trump is reducing existing tariffs but there is no deal.
 
Just as I said, no tariff hikes, told you there weren't going to be any. All talk and no action. So phase 1 is done however it's not going to be signed until January, yep so still no deal has actually been done. It's still not an agreement until signed so will see how many more games they play from now until then.
