Ridin' with Biden

Any country threatening to use nukes against The US is a threat imo.If Russia hadn't invaded Ukraine The US wouldn't be giving weapons to them. Helping put someone like Trump in charge of The US is a threat.A threat to world peace is a threat to The US.Repeatedly invading other nations is a threat to the US,when Hitler did it with no consequences it led The US to a war that killed 500,000 troops.

But the US has invaded other countries before.

The rest of that quote above, which was omitted where it says: -he continued- went like this:
"but they don't know how to get us out."

But the US has invaded other countries before.
I disagree with Russia being no threat to The US.For most my life l would have agreed with you that The US shouldn't be spending 800 billion on defense or keeping order in the world. While I do disagree with bull shit like The Iraq war I do believe the world needs The US and NATO to keep the world from turning into a full on shit storm.

Did you disagree with Afghanistan? What about the other 249 military interventions the US has performed since 1991?

I don't like how Afghanistan was waged, but we certainly had a right to go there as they allowed Al Qaeda to set up base, train and plan attacks from there. As for other interventions would have to go over one by one.I disagree with getting involved in Vietnam,Libya,Iraq etc.I support giving military aid in some cases but not troops on the ground.I mostly support intervening against big countries like Russia and China causing world wide chaos.

Its a risk and I hope for all of our sake Biden pulls it off but a stand had to be taken to stop Putins reckless behavior.
Tony...
If you and I were in some nasty bar, sitting in some dark nasty booth way back in a corner, listening to some "never gonna make it but they do sound good band" playing way worn out covers way too loud.... I'd raise my glass to you and say:

"Here's to three years from now Tony... may the best we can troll each over always be statues."

Cheers.

Ok, honest answer. That's all I can ask for.

All I'd say is that a lot of how you're looking at it is subjective, of course. I'm reminded of the "one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter". There is a Russian "Tony Stark" right now arguing that his country is fighting the oppression and expansion of NATO. And while I personally believe the world would be a better place without Putin, I don't believe we should be pissing away all of our money in the Ukraine (or anywhere else, for that matter, other than our own country and people).
