However, an internal memo obtained by Fox News Digital showed that in October 2022, Trumka suggested that the CPSC could move forward with a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) on gas stoves. Trumka wrote, "The need for gas stove regulation has reached a boiling point" and that, "There is sufficient information available for CPSC to issue an NPR in FY 2023 proposing to ban gas stoves in homes."

Yet Dems had the best mid terms for the president in power in something like 80 years.Certainly much better than Trumps 2018 mid terms.
