is the world a big snowflake now? If putin was legally and fairly elected leader then such comments are inappropriate..but putin is the exact opposite.

I don't think its controversial at all. Its not like Putin thinks Biden is OK with him in charge. Biden just said it out loud. The issue I have is that the White house had to walk it back within minutes. And then Biden said it never happened at all.
