I don't know the numbers; and haven't looked them up in a while.

What I believe is that:

Cons have fewer options OR, they limit themselves FOR THE MOST PART, to few options.
Libs etc. have many more options AND, they utilize those options.

So, since,
1. Libs etc. only just outnumber cons, and;
2. Libs are spread thinner among more options, then therefore;
3. One con network can more easily beat out the lib networks.
