Saw this talking point before, the pipeline was an exemption because Germany asked for it denying which would have caused a diplomatic row.
Biden didn't sit on sanctions passed by Congress for months to implement them.

One of the convenient little tricks that the lefties do is to try to frame everything as America versus "the allies" or "the world community' type of thing. But then when we are on the same side they conveniently ignore that and make it look like just America going it alone, etc. etc.
Example #1. Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the EU too, not just the U.S.
Example #2. The EU (minus Germany) opposes the ruskie gas pipeline too. This is not just an America First or whatever goal. Most people sort of figured that the dems would oppose it too since they have been so vocal about resisting anything Russia wants. But Angela showed Joe who da boss was.
It reminds me of something I have repeated before which is a comment by Marie LePen. She said "some French voters object to the idea of a France being led by a woman (referring to herself)- but France is going to be led by a woman either way. If you elect me, France will be led by a woman, and if you elect Macron it will continue to be ruled by Angela Merkel."
