Its the democrat cities like Houston,Dallas,Atlanta,Memphis,Nashville etc in the red states that bring in the money for the red states.

Southern conservative states now and has always needed free labor/slavery,welfare from The Union states and welfare from blue cities to survive.

If it wasn't for slavery it would have been best for the progressive IL President Lincoln to let them go.
