Correct, because I am an American and The Electoral College voted. There was fraud in some states and those states chose to overlook it. The states can send whichever electors they choose. Alternate electors are fine as well since it's up to Congreff to decide which electors to accept.

Is there proof some states chose to not report fraudulent votes? Last I read, states did list the number of invalid (and fraudulent) when audited at Trumps constant requests, to try to prove so much fraud had occurred that he should have won those states.
