Richest 10% pays 70% of income taxes

Quote from PiggyBank:

My last try, Romney stated his intentions to fix the tax code because he, like you, sees it as unfair. In fact, his plan would have the biggest impact on the 'ultra rich', which was the concern of the poster I originally quoted. This isn't hypocrisy, he pays what he legally owes and was willing to cut out loopholes, to his detriment.

Dbag buffet on the other hand IS a hypocrite because he publicly made a statement that the 'rich' don't pay enough in taxes.. and then did everything he could to avoid new taxes. Get it?

I understand your point Piggybank but I have a different assessment of their comments. IMO they are both saying and doing basically the same thing.

Quote from Fractals 'R Us:

I wonder... so, somebody pays for all the living expenses of ghettoland... after awhile wouldn't you feel like you owned the people there, like a Lord of the Manor in the middle ages? ... Just 'sayin
I'm all for buying undervalued stock but:
The problem is mark to market they ain't worth a fuck to anybody save the occasional vote buying scheme for a politician.
TRUTH HURTS:D

Your lack of discernment is legendary here on this board.(perhaps you didn't catch enough "What thing doesn't belong" game on sesame street)

Let me break it down for you:
1) Is a toothpick
2) Is a railroad tie

Which as a taxpayer would you rather have gubbermint shove up your ASS?

Quote from Lucrum:

The fact Obama was and is utterly unqualified to be POTUS and that Romney actually has successful business experience under his belt was practically the only fact I was worried about last year or talking about now. Just so you'll know.

Lucrum, the last thing (is a person a thing?) I want in the White House is a business man. Don't we already give enough of our hard earned tax money to subsidize business. What about putting someone in there that represents U.S. citizens in general, not merely business interests? G. W. Bush was a business man, and I think he did a bang up job for Haliburton. [What this country needs is a good dollar cigar.]

In this economy?
Don't we already give enough of our hard earned tax money to subsidize business.
Oh yeah, but that's the fault of the whores in congress selling influence.
What about putting someone in there that represents U.S. citizens in general, not merely business interests?
I'm not opposed, but that would be the polar opposite of Barry Hussein.
