Class action lawsuits have been filed on behalf of those who lost money on long rice futures positions in August of 2006. If you held a long position and would like to learn more, please contact me via email at your earliest convenience.

The lawsuits involve Bayer Cropscience and a genetically modified strain of rice which may have contaminated non-genetically modified rice.
