Ibm Paid an extremely heavy premium for this company......
Overpaid by billions and billions....should have waited and paid half the price.....only winner is red hat.....ibm is trying too hard with this buyout to play catch up to the bigger players in the sector.

11 times sales it looks like.
To keep things in perspective, WS was paying that for FB and NFLX stock all day long a month ago. They are about 9X sales now. Not apples to apples though.

Software-wise here's a few...

Shopify trades at 15X.
TTD at 13X
Adobe at 14X
Intuit 9X
CRM 9X

So not crazy expensive. Zuckerberg paid 1900X sales for WhatsApp.
Apple stole Beats at 3X.
So who knows. Gotta think Big Blue knows whats up. But I bet they get hit tomorrow.
