Did I hear correctly, or did Donaldson say on TV that the SEC was "reviewing decimals"?

A switch to nickels would be the beginning of a new bull market for traders and maybe even the public!!!

If they widened the spread you might see a lot of traders come back to the game who had left. I might even consider trading stocks again myself.
