Retail Saturation

Stoned, that was funny and right on. My ultimate goal was to own a hardware store, tried twice (couldn't make the numbers work), look at the hardware business now, that was a fail proof business years ago.

In hindsight I wished I had studied the markets when I was younger instead. No customers to deal with, no overhead, still the losses but without the headaches (sigh). Problem with the markets as a viable business plan instead of retail is cash flow.

Tell ya, that is why Trump went with casinos, he needed the quick cash turnover that is not available in real estate, to support his real estate.

Interent retail is even a worse business, if it could get any worse than a brick store.
