retail IR swaption trading

i am looking for a platform to trade non-US$ IR swaps, swaptions, on a 'retail' basis (in lots of $100,000 equivalent notional value). can s.o. help?

also found this http://www.gfigroup.com/portal/index.jsp?pageID=def_broker_ird but wldn't be surprised if i get the same response as i got from icap... i.e. they only deal with institutions...
