Response Time For Resume

I submitted a resume for a part time job,
and was wondering what the usual amount of time for
a response is.
If they are not interested, do they send you a
"Thank you for your interest, however...",
or do they not even bother, and not respond at all?

That's usually it. If they aren't interested, you won't hear anything 99.99% of the time.
