No, actually your initial response was to just make some unprovoked rude remarks, then you claimed to put me on ignore. Only later did you mention your other thread, which I then read.
You behaved like a juvenile moron throwing a tempter tantrum (you may be a reasonable person otherwise, but this is the impression you gave), so don't be surprised that you didn't get taken seriously. If you had behaved like a civilised adult and brought up your other thread (which I disagree with but at least is a worthwhile discussion) then the tone of debate would have stayed polite, the subject would have remained on topic and you would have been listened to. As it was, I had to start a new thread to get back to the discussion.
In future, it will save everyone time if you discuss a topic rather than descending into needless and unprovoked rudeness.
