Researching for a trading job interview on monday

Hi guys,

On monday I'm having a interview with UBS (London office) for a trading position on their emerging markets structured products desk.

From the name of the desk it sounds as if they are trading structured products (typically a bond/option combination to get a spesific risk return profile I would guess)

Does anyone have some additional information to what a job like that would be like. I'm aware that it won't be any prop trading, only order placement etc (at least before I get some experience). Does anyone know roughly what kind of bonus one could expect in a normal year?

expect 12 hour days.

after their terrible writeoffs at UBS, the bonus is anyone's guess. In good years, can almost equal salaries. But with all the scrutiny on bonuses, nothing will be the same in the longterm future.
