A friend of mine asked me;
what effects Research and Development but doesn't effect Gross Domestic Product. Also GDP is not allowed to effect this effect.
I couldn't think of anything. Who has some suggestions?
 
Good health doesn't show up in GDP.

It only shows up via a bloated, overpriced health system and through the never ending sale of junk food.

Yes but countries with higher GDP tend to have better health care and so people have better health so GDP effects this instrument
