Research access

Thanks for the replies! I do have some broker entitlements directly through existing relationships, but it's still only about 5 firms (2 bulge brackets, 2 smid/middle markets, 1 international). I will check out ThomsonOne IM -- really appreciate the tip.

I'm pretty exhaustive in my research and part of that is to survey experts (read sell side research) and know what they think, what's driving their consensus, etc.

I personally found sellside research useful. Of course the signal to noise ratio for actual trades was pretty low; it was a fast way to get up to speed on the drivers for that stock and the industry that company was in.

But I am wondering why are you looking for that? It's usually as time consuming to read such research as to actually dig it up yourself, unless you will skim quickly through those reports.
So I searched through Refinitiv's site and couldn't find it. I wonder if they consolidated it into another product?

Agreed. I never use it for idea generation (though getting big enough to be on an analysts "flash" report distribution list would be great again!) but it is very useful for due diligence, understanding the landscape, and such.
