Request 1-minute Data for QQQ and SPY

I am willing to pay ~$50 USD for 1-minute data for the previous 2-3 years of QQQ and SPY.

I request *.csv or *.txt files that are comma delimited with date, time, open, high, low, close and volume.

I can pay via Paypal or Paydirect via Yahoo!

That site does not offer QQQ and/or SPY in 1-minute format for the previous 2-3 years.
