A new Quinnipiac poll finds that the vast majority of American voters do not think President Trump is a good role model for children, 67% to 29%.

“There is almost no gender gap in grading President Trump’s standing as a role model. Every party, gender, education, age and racial group, except Republicans, say the president falls short.”

Republicans say Trump is a good role model for children by 72% to 22%.
 
I can't wait to see how AI deals with the republican mind, because these people make no sense to me.

If the robots don't kill these people off, then I expect them to be placed in a series of exhibits at a People Zoo.
 
That's only fair -- 73% of Democrats believe Trump is a good role model for Republican children.

(Yes, I pulled the number out of the air.)
 
So a billionaire who's never drank alcohol or done drugs and raised a bunch of successful, well spoken children is a bad role model? Trump isn't perfect, but he's got a lot of great qualities that make a good role model.

If your goals in life are to be rich, sober and have good successful kids, he's a great role model. If its to be a good husband, maybe not so much.
 
Speaking of pulling out of the air :) I learned about a 1970s behavioral study which has stuck with me ever since.

With regards to susceptibility to advertising one can divide the population into thirds.

1. Top third see an ad as information only, it has little effect on their purchasing decision as they will seek out and weigh other options.

2. Second, hit and miss. Advertising is somewhat effective.

3. Bottom, they are hypnotize easily like stroked chickens. This is where the advertising expenditure has an effect, copycatting drags a part of the upper 2/3 along.

This is why about 1/3 if people will reliably express completely idiotic views in circumstances like this, they will believe whichever side repeats their claim most often & boldly.

But it is just a notion of mine.

You forgot the lying, the cheating, the scamming, lack of decency, lack of empathy and intelligence.

Overall a great guy if intelligence and ethics don't count.

By the way, the guy inherited 200 million from his father, that makes his father a great role model, not the idiot son who instead of sticking to family business, ran scams like Trump University to scam rubes. He is running a scam now but of course none of his students thought Trump U was a scam either.
