if we ever got to track how much money private and unaudited (in useful terms) FED fed creates besides QE you might have a point.
I suspect they create a trillion a year and spend a few dozen billion of it on politicians around the the world.

who knows what they purchase with the rest.
controlling interests in big companies and land trusts perhaps.

Remember the shutdown last year? Wasn't Cruz vilified by the leaders of the Republican party, even though technically, it was that bastion of bi-partisanship Reid who shut the gov down? Didn't the great leaders of the republican party say they would lose the mid-term election because of said shutdown? I conclude that said leadership was full of shit (and based on things they are already saying, still are).

Cruz got it exactly right back then, too. Would like to see him as Senate leader over the other guy, if it were possible. And just about anybody would be better than Boehner in the House.
 
yes... although I am reading that McConnell did a good job of getting the Rs elected.
I suspect he has a bunch of friends for life now.
 
Vince is clearly not a democrat, Vince's product worked.
The democrats would want to tax it and then tell him he will still sell just as many.
Then when he was adjusting to selling fewer sham wows they would tell vince he had give some of his money to insurance companies in exchange for a health care plan which did not have enough doctors.

and then they would jack up the cost of commercials with a billion dollars in campaign ads.
