Reagan was the master of the one liner and told a damn good story too.
Don't believe every quote he had came from his heart, he was a politician you know. I liked Reagan not in he is a god type of guy but I did like him. And compared to this neo conservative christian bunch we have now he would receive a warm welcome back from me. This new Republican party is just bat shit crazy.

You have a good argument. I can only suppose they see this as an opportunity to play the role of 'defending the little guy against the IRS bastards'. If she hasn't done so already, Sarah Palin will be all over this

I agree on all points. I was very conservative until basically Obama got elected and I started to see the nonsense from the right
