I can see a lot of trouble between Trump, assuming he is elected, and Congress. As a hero worshipper of Putin, Trump will undoubtably try to over rule Congress just as Putin does with the Duma. Obama has complained that congress wouldn't let him do as he liked and probably in hindsight it was just as well.
