To point that opinions are just that - opinions and have no legal validity unless the courts had their say on it. Nobody cares what the DOJ says, they say a lot of things and then have to defend their opinions in courts and are shot down often but the real point is that I am just amused to see you guys trying to defend a criminal on untested technicality.

Only one is being investigated by his own DOJ, multiple campaign personnel indicted, family caught in corruption and perjury which has led to loss of security clearance, personal lawyer raided while the administration getting caught deleting incriminating financial statements - while absolutely nothing happening with the other.
