Republican obsession against immigration

Its not a white issue. Problem is that whites are a small minority in the world, 11% of the world is white, 89% are people of color
There are few white immigrants period.
Take away USA, Europe , whites are lees then 5% of the worlds population

you take away China, Japan, and south east Asia and Asians make up less than 5percent of the population.

Republicans don’t like any color that’s not white unless you 100percent assimilate and still accept being a second class to your white counterparts.

They will, however, happily accept your votes and financial donations.

I support your statement that for Republicans it's the process. I would simply qualify it with a "for a unclear percentage of Republicans" because within the Republican party lives white nationalists, Klan members, neo nazis and other racists who helped elect Trump as president. I used to think these couldn't represent more than 10% of the party, but after Trump, I think they represent more than 35%.

It's not easy to invite 50000 doctors and nurses, because the world is competing for them. Furthermore, those foreign doctors and nurses may not be recognized by the AMA and thus wouldn't be able to practice here.
What has made America great isn't Trump and his cohort of racists, it is it's open door policy, of taking in those persecuted in their home countries, those unable to be the best they can be because of various discriminations. Those were the people who founded the nation and it came out alright.

As I've written before, Republicans don't like brown people not because of their skin color, but because once established in America they generally vote Democratic. Republicans love Cubans and Venezuelans because those who come to America vote Republican.

Saying Trump preference for white Norwegian immigrants over brown Latino immigrants is not racist shows your racism.

Agreed that illegal immigration should be stopped, but rather than building physical walls and spewing racist rants, there are more efficient ways of doing it. The first, is to make the immigration process clear, simple, inexpensive and accessible to much larger numbers of immigrants from Central and South America. Today it takes upwards of 15 years to get the coveted visa. The process shouldn't take more than a couple of years.
The US should apply a more assertive carrot and stick relations with the countries whose most immigrants to the US come from. El Salvador and others have horrendous human rights violation records, gangs are armed to the teeth with weapons they acquire in the US, their economy benefits a few hundred families at the expense of millions who live in poverty. If the US spent as much time reforming these countries as they did on Ukraine, the flow of illegal immigrants would trickle to near nothing

No, stupid, saying Trump wondered why there were millions of people coming in from Mexico and no one coming in from Norway is a fact. Why can't you get it in your small head?

"The process shouldn't take more than a few years. Oh yeah, lets make it easy for criminals to just come on in and be at home.

Oh, so now it is our fault that countries suck ass in S. America? What drugs are you on?

I believe the reason multiculturalism and economic globalism became popular in the 70s and 80s is because post WW2 it became clear that the world's white minority population wouldn't be able to isolate themselves from the great majority of non whites. The fear was the evil of the Holocaust could resurface and it was essential to break the barriers, get to know one another enough not to want to kill each other simply because of our various differences. World trade, world travel, immigration all served to lower the threshold of fear and hatred.

You actually think that Whites wanted to isolate themselves from non-whites? OMG

Thank you for projecting exactly what you seemed to be.

As I've written before, Republicans don't like brown people not because of their skin color, but because once established in America they generally vote Democratic because they escaped right wing dictatorships. Republicans love Cubans and Venezuelans because they vote Republican because they escaped left wing dictatorships.
I take this point another way....
The reason the border is open is because the democrats believe they will pick up voters
Once Latinos start to vote Republican in the majority...you will see Joe Biden himself building the wall on the border

Dummies obsessing about "open borders" believe in whatever fairy tales they are told. It's fear out of ignorance. Without substantial immigration the US will age very quickly and slowly lose any competitive advantage it has in many business areas. Posters like "Fortune Teller" are clearly racist shouldn't be tolerated. Fuck him and his ignorance.
