Huckabee, he carried 34% in 2008. Much higher than McCain and all others......imo, he won't win but his numbers will be much higher than anyone projects, Huckabee fits well with the evangelical vote in Iowa, his down fall will be those who see him as non- factor this election.

That wasn't the question - the question was who will exceed expectations the most ("not win, outperform") - if he gets 3%, that 50% higher than where he is currently polling. Who else has a shot at getting a 50% bump? Trump? Rubio? Cruz?

well, to be fair, that is like comparing the percentage moves in penny stocks to the percentage move in Blue Chips.

He's splitting the evangelical vote to an extent with Cruz, Rubio....then there's the evangelical voter who's falling behind Trump in disgust of the charade that's today's DC.

Huckabee gave an interview on MSNBC that even had Chris (tingle down my leg) Matthews agreeing with him, where Huckabee spelled out the disparity between the dismal economy in Iowa to that of DC with it's continued higher property values and how the typical Iowan felt gut-punched by today's politics. Huckabee said regardless of who's in office, Republican or Democrat nothing changes.... Mathews shook his head and agreed.

They see Trump as one person from outside the establishment that could possibly change things.

How so? Depends on what you call a religion I suppose. My definition of a religion is anybody that reads a book and believes it is true. And those folks are dying off. The last one will be Barack Obama who read something when he was young and still to this day believes it is true.

It's a real bitch trying to figure out what is true. It's just easier to read a book and get convinced and believe that and refuse to listen to any opposing views.

The old people who only get their news (or their religion) from one book or one tv station or one talk radio host are dying off.
