Of course thats true. Most dems are already on foodstamps, so its safe to assume that the only food stamp GROWTH is going to come from whoever is left. Dems cant go on foodstamps twice.

It's like me saying most Christian growth comes from atheists and agnostics converting. Well, yeah...because Christians cant convert twice, right?
