Report: Obama Regime Purging Military of Commanders They Don’t Agree With…

Quote from piezoe:

Yup! They might. Did you read the Salon Article I posted a link for? In your case, it might ring true. :D

Would that Salon article have the intellectual vigor of the type that interprets the bible for you?

I wonder how a party that is getting ready to run a candidate for president who complained throughout the nineties of a 'vast right wing conspiracy' can accuse the other party of being conspiracy theorists?

Par for the course. If you can delude yourselves so far as to think that men sticking their willys up each others rear ends is normal, you are ready to believe just about anything.

And how does communism feel about the parable of the talents?
" For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them."

I'm not sure communism can feel anything -- I hadn't realized "it" was animate. But I know how the Folks at Goldman Sachs feel about that parable. Isn't it chiseled in marble above the entrance at 200 West Street, NY, NY? :D

Oh, come now. You know that every policy initiative that comes out of the democratic party is all about feelings.

Even though socialism has destroyed every economy it's been applied to, it still gets a thumbs up from leftists because it makes them "feel" so good. Like they've done something worthwhile.

fhl, why not begin with truth and go from there? Socialism hasn't quite "destroyed every economy it has been applied to," as you stated. There are a number of successful economies in socialist nations, but to my knowledge they are all relatively small countries with fairly homogeneous populations. Denmark, Sweden, and Norway would be a few examples.

There have even been successful communist societies in the past. The Iroquois nation is one that comes readily to mind.

The United States is not a socialist country, nor is it a country in the process of converting to communism. It is, in reality, the the world's most capitalist large nation.

All the world's economies are mixed economies.

It took 70 yrs for communism to destroy the Soviet Union.

Socialism may take a little longer. Sweden had to massively deregulate their economy in the seventies and eighties because they were headed down the toilet. So they bought a little time. Big deal.

But "at the end of the day" Sweden will still be a mixed economy.

Just like ours.

But I've been watching Bill O Rile-y lately and now I'm pretty sure we are definitely going to be totally socialist.

BTW I just made this up...I think....... "Bill O'Rile-y". But someone must have thought of that one before. Too obvious.

Well no, but I haven't been angry and hyperbolic enough lately, so I thought I would tune in and get riled up.
