Replacement heads for Oral-B electric toothbrush - Buy from Ebay?

Are the replacement heads for the Oral-B electric toothbrush bought from China (through Ebay) any good compared to the much more expensive replacement heads bought from a local store?

20 heads are only $7.00 from Ebay, while locally 3 heads are about $25.00.

I've seen those too and for Sonicare.

I might try them one time, anyway. Even if I get only 1 week's use, that's still not bad considering they cost 1/8 the amount of OEM heads. (Sonicare says I should change the brush after 90 days. That's 180 uses. I don't get anywhere near that number of uses out of one... more like 50-60 before the "indicator bristles" have faded, telling me "time to change".)
