I believe the call passing on the information is the lesser offense of the family member who sold the stock he owned. That is why I feel he will bypass jail time and they will go after the family member. Then again they could just fine all of them and give them a pass for being rich...
I'm no lawyer but I doubt it. On the plus, and perhaps prompted by your choice of word, Trump would be able to refer to them as "fine people."
Well it is up to the SEC and DA.....Martha got some hard treatment so I would expect the same for this group...
Nah. You can’t make a jury believe that he wasn’t parking millions of shares with his kid. Collins was restricted. More names to come.
I am sure he thought he was smart having the shares in his friends and family plan but I do hope he gets his sphincter reamed for being such a dumbass!
