i remember watching this video last year and feeling some commiseration - it was my largest single day drawdown in my career at around $100k. at first i was banging and cursing but after watching this guy i realized how dumb it was and just let it go and shut down. had i not let it go so easily i probably wouldn't have made it all back over the next 10 days.
