What video evidence do you have to prove that Heyer didn't die because of the Nazi causing her trauma? And why haven't you sent this evidence to authorities and got your Nazi friend out of prison?
I will believe when your evidence exonerates the Nazi, that's the standard, not fake BS that Nazis have been promoting everywhere.
I posted the video evidence and if the "Nazi" has a good lawyer, I'm sure it will be shown in court.
That video doesn't absolve the Nazi at all and there is no need to use "", he is a Nazi, you can check his facebook archives, he likes Hitler and Trump - not in the same order.
Going to have to follow this trial. I'm sure there will be plenty of forensic evidence and the jury will also be able to determine the credibility of witnesses.
Actually there is a lengthy stretch of video directly prior the car attack showing her marching down the middle of the street blocking traffic with others. She was not simply trying to cross the street.
This does not in any way excuse what this driver in Charlottesville did when he deliberately targeted the counter-protestors and drove his car into them with the intent of cause harm, death, and injury.
Many victims of trauma (such as car crashes) actually die of heart attacks as the result of blood loss and their other injuries. While heart attack may be listed as the cause of death (in what medically correct term is used on the death certificate) the actual cause of their demise are the injuries they endured.
You have no evidence that he did that. We don't know his state of mind or intent.
The video clips are very compelling that he deliberately targeted and ran down the counter protestors.
This is not a situation where his car was blocked in by protestors and he was simply trying to push through them using his vehicle (like most other clips you see on the internet when BLM / Antifa blocks roads).
I saw the same clips you did and I saw a guy driving erratically in the midst of chaos caused by antifa rioters who in fact were blocking the street and were pounding on cars with baseball bats. Apparently there is even a dispute if he even struck the dead woman.
With the cold logic of hindsight, we can conclude all sorts of things but we had not been attacked by rioters who were being helped by the cops. I find it easy to believe this kid panicked and was just trying to get out of there. If the antifa thugs had not been in the street, there would have been no tragedy. They were not legitimate demonstrators. Their sole purpose was to deny the statue demonstrators their right to assemble, a right a judge had confirmed the day before.
