(I'd also like to point out, that not only does god not know what I will do next, he also doesn't know what the other 6 billion people in this world will do next (not to mention all the other life forms..)

thunderbolt, you DO NOT "know" that god is "most high"...it's just your opinion...an opinion that rests on a completely fraudulent document - the bible - and your own hopes and fears...

maybe one day you will wake and realise what huge joke christianity is (i did) and your whole life won't have been such a waste..
of course, i really doubt that you actually will, cos just like every other christian that doesn't want to face facts about their religion, it is FEAR OF RETRIBUTION that is holding you back..

You just went off the deep end. That doesn't prove squat. He created us, and no maybe he doesn't know what decisions we will make, but he knows he has the power in the end to whip out the evil doers and place the righteous on earth to reign with Jesus for 1000 years. Satan and his cronies will be done away with. Question is, are you going to be one of those cronies? Conscious or unconscious wrong doing is still a living for Satan.

You're meaningless, pal. You don't like our opinions because they sting! You don't like to think there's a God because it allows you to be liberated. Oh boy, I can do what ever I what because there's no punishment. You are so caught up in yourself that it prevents you from seeing beyond your nose.

you know, when i first read that "explain how we got here to me"...i thought you wanted me to tell you how we got to the situation where we are gonna have a debate with each other...

then i realised you are gonna try and prove to me god's existance by using it as an explanation for life was created...

i honestly got a hearty laugh out of that...

i'll tell you what...that is such a simplistic point on which to begin a debate i'll let you take it back.
look, let's do it this way...let's decide specifically what the debate will be on...
are you a christian? in that case i am willing to take on the affirmative position that "There Is no reason to believe Christianity"..
we'll both make an opening statement on another thread here in "chit chat"...i'll then make a rebuttal on your opening argument, you on mine, and we can continue this way...
 
yeah sure...

let's make the topic "Reason to believe God exists". Does that suit you?

if not, come up with your own topic and just post an opening argument affirming a certain position and I will make mine...
