Just got a offer to refinance from a 30 year loan 6.375% down to a 15 year 4.99%. No points and costs about 3000 dollars with fees. I am sure this is a pretty good deal right now and hard to imagine rates to go below 4%. Just looking for thoughts and ideas that anyone might have as to not take the offer. Thanks ET
