Refco Trading career info, newbie tarder

Has anyone here completed the Refco Trader Trainee program, if so what can you expect. Also, is a degree essential for anyone interested in the program and, will you trade using their capital or your own. Any info will help.

1) yes

2) generally, yes, but i have heard of exceptions

3) theirs

stay away, it used to be decent(not because of mgt. but because of the other traders there IMHO), but is now crap.

Phenomena, good info, but do you have any details about what types of capital people where given to trade with or if they let you bring in your own funds, etc ? Thanks in advance.
