(ree) Bull Flag !

hello guys, (REE) has a BULL FLAG, i was looking on the weekley chart & dailey & i can see it forming, my question is what is the trigger point on a bull flag ? break out or even a breakdown . thanks, also the market maker is playing with the dailey candle(at the close of the day is showing the candle .10-.30 lower then the real close). WHY ?
 
hi, I believe it's a breakout above the flag for bull trade. Breakdown indicate the bull flag setup failed or becomes a pennant setup.

The lower price could be due to after market movement? I sometimes saw my ask go up 1 dollar and bid becomes zero after market closes.
