Reducing mood swings, seasonal affective disorder and Vitamin D

I am not a doctor, have no medical education and no formal knowledge about health, medicine or biology. As well, I also suggest you consult with a doctor before taking any medical advice from a stranger on the internet. Also, the Wikipedia should be utilized as a truly credible source of information. You should research further into anything found on the Wiki sites.

So with that said, I want to give you links to two very informative wikipedia articles on Vitamin D. Basically, taking a supplement of Vitamin D will help reduce seasonal affective disorder which causes depressions and mood swings. It also has many other benefits.

Who has time to self-indulge in depression? I'm too busy trying to make a living to have seasonal anything. I think depressed people just have too much time on their hands.

Vitamin-D is a groove but I prefer to self-medicate at the Bev-Mo and my current favorite is "Belvedere Intense" in black bottle (100 proof). Not just another fancy bottle full of half-distilled potatoe juice this stuff is from Poland and it is the real deal. The best and smoothest vodka I have ever tasted.

i did not read the links, but my last blood work(about 6 months ago) did show vitamin D deficiency at some pretty fu**d up levels. i'm daytrader\programmer\network\cpa\etc...no vacations for like last 5 years or so...while overall i feel fine and i'm in decent shape for my age(mid 40's) 160-165lb, about 5'8..i start to feel some pain in joints..kinda similar to carpal tunnel, but a bit different...anyway-long story short-D supplements, fruits, jogging without t shirt to get some real D for like 2 months or so and i feel like a brand new man again..and it does help with mood swings..big time..D rules! :p

As a bit of background, the real Chopper Reid was a hard man of the Australian criminal underworld.
